Hello, I’m Sheryl Reto, a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate, but you could also call me a compassionate listener, strengths-finder, or mindfulness mentor. My mission is to empower people who want to feel joyful, confident, and free from the past, but are held back by worry and self-doubt. I provide them with the tools to heal wounds, cultivate resilience, and nurture self-confidence.
My own personal journey to wellness and healing from painful losses has shown me that challenges can be overcome and can ultimately become the catalyst for personal growth. We can emerge stronger and more resilient on the other side.
Clients who work with me appreciate my calm, compassionate, and strengths-based approach. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences, gain valuable insights, and build resilience.
Beyond the therapy room, you’ll find me walking in the park with my pup, dancing, reading an enjoyable book, or exploring new foods and culture through travel. I believe that compassion and connectedness can change the world. If you are on a path to healing and personal growth, I invite you to reach out for a consultation.
