EMDR Intensives are ideal for individuals who want faster progress, have limited availability, or prefer focused, extended sessions instead of weekly therapy.

Insurance acceptance varies by therapist. Please review each therapist’s information, or reach out to our Client Care Coordinator for assistance.

We provide online therapy for adults located in North Carolina and South Carolina, and internationally when licensing laws permit. (Please note that some of our therapists can only see clients in NC.)

Absolutely. All sessions are conducted using secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms to protect your privacy and confidentiality.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to a “Good Faith Estimate” showing the expected cost of mental health or other non-emergency medical services if you’re uninsured or not using insurance. You can request this estimate from your provider or any provider you choose before scheduling care, ensuring transparency in expected charges.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
