My name is Nathan Sudduth, I am a North Carolina native who grew up in Wilmington. After moving to Raleigh, NC in 2015 for college, I earned my bachelor’s degree in applied nutrition. I have lived in Raleigh since graduating, and have always been passionate about helping others as best I can. As someone who takes mental health assistance very seriously, I am excited to be a part of the Mindspace team and look forward to helping you reach a better mindset through this great practice. When I’m not at work, I enjoy running, going to see a movie, or spending time outdoors with my family.
