Sydney Keith

Sydney Keith, LCSWA, therapist for teens, young adults and couples in NC

Hi, I’m Sydney Keith, a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate, but you could also call me an empathetic listener, strength-finder, or resilience builder. I help people who want to experience more freedom and confidence in their life but often feel burdened by past or present challenges. I am especially passionate about working with young adults as they navigate life transitions, build meaningful relationships, and develop healthy self-esteem. I also enjoy working with couples and families to help strengthen their communication and deepen their connection.

From my own journey to wellness, I’ve learned that the growth and breakthroughs on the other side of healing are always worth the hard work it takes to get there. True growth requires patience, courage to face discomfort, and willingness to embrace change despite uncertainty.

My clients appreciate my strengths-based and non-judgmental approach as I help them discover their personal journey of healing. When I’m not in session, you’ll find me outdoors, staying active through sports, or spending quality time with my family. If you are ready to start your journey to wellness and healing, I encourage you to reach out for a consultation.
