Sydney Keith

Sydney Keith, online therapist

Hi, I’m Sydney Keith, a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate, but you could also call me an empathetic listener, strength-finder, and resilience builder. I support those who are seeking a greater sense of peace but often feel overwhelmed, fearful, or not enough.

I am especially passionate about working with mothers who carry many responsibilities and expectations, while quietly yearning to feel more connected to themselves, regain a sense of balance, and receive the support they deserve.

Through my own journey in motherhood, I’ve come to deeply value the importance of honesty, asking for help, and giving yourself permission to rest. My clients appreciate my strengths-based approach, as I guide them in discovering what truly matters to them and how they want to live their lives.

If you are ready to begin your journey towards wellness and healing, I invite you to reach out for a consultation.
