2. No Emergency Services
We are not a crisis service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911 or contact a crisis hotline such as the National Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988.

5. Appointments and Cancellations
Therapy appointments can be booked through our secure client portal or by contacting us via email, phone or text. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid fees. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a $100 charge.
Messaging terms and conditions: You agree to receive informational messages (appointment reminders, account notifications, etc.) from Mindspace Counseling. Message frequency varies.
