Hi, I’m Liz Rougeau, mom of twins, nature lover, and running enthusiast. I’m a licensed clinical mental health counselor associate, but you might also call me a strength finder, resilience builder or peace seeker. I help people who want more fulfillment and contentment in life, but often feel stuck, overwhelmed or not enough. I especially like working with mothers who struggle to balance societal expectations with their own wants and needs. My background is in school counseling where I worked with children, teachers and families from all walks of life for more than a decade. I am passionate about working with adults and parents as they set the tone for the household and it’s important they take care of themselves before they can truly show up intentionally for their family.
I know from my own path to wellness through life’s transitions (marriage, job changes, motherhood, Covid), that not losing yourself to the demands and expectations of others can be difficult. Self-awareness is the key to leading the life you truly want. I am excited to get to know you and all you have to offer. When working with clients, the more risks we are able to take together – in terms of admitting and identifying true wants and needs – the more growth and steps towards your goals you are able to make. So take a risk today for the sake of your well being by checking out my webpage and scheduling a consultation.
